If an employee or tenant loses a fob, you can simply delete it in the software and issue them a new one. You can even grant access to people who don't have a fob, by opening a gate remotely or unlocking a door from your phone.

Expert Installation, Training and Support
Following your onsite consultation and final approval, Reed Security technicians will install door, gate, and elevator hardware. Next, the technician installs and configures a computerized database to suit your facility access requirements. The names of all employees, visitors, tenants, delivery and cleaning personnel are then input into the database, along with what areas they are allowed to enter at what particular times.
Reed Security provides full training so names can be added or deleted, schedules setup and adjusted, and time and attendance reports printed out.
Alarm system integration is also available to arm/disarm your alarm by swiping your keytag or card.

Q: Can I control access to my building from my phone?
A: Absolutely. Most systems we sell include the ability to manage building access from your smartphone. You can lock/unlock doors in real time, delete a keyfob or access code, or run a report to see when a door was last opened. If running it all yourself sounds like too much work, you can delegate authority for others to have personalized access on their phones too.
Q: Can you install an intercom system in my apartment building?
A: Yes, we work with multi-tenant residential complexes to install "buzz in" systems too. In conjunction with a video surveillance system, there's no better way to keep track of who comes in and out of your building.
Q: My building has a very old access control system that isn't working reliably. Can you help?
A: Definitely. Any system utilizing electronics has a limited lifespan and will need routine maintenance to continue to function well. The average lifespan of an access control system is around 10 years, after which some parts of it will need to be upgraded to keep it running securely.
